I have been told that we have too few administrators. However, as you can see, there are many districts with more pupils per administrator. Pay particular attention to La Canada, which has almost 4/5ths as many students as BHUSD, but approximately 1/2 as many administrators.
As you can see from the charts, there appears to be little or no correlation between number of administrators and academic achievement. This was a surprise to me, and probably deserves further study.
