Below is a copy of the original budget for the $77 million bond issue that was approved in 1993. As explained in my statement at the Board meeting on November 27, 2001 when the Board voted 4 to 1 to approve the $90 million bond measure, it appears that the District will exceed the original $77 million budget by approximately $56 million, with little in the way of extras to show for it. Amazing!
