I have
spent a lot of time during my first 16 months on the Board developing lists of goals and
priorities. I am hopeful that most of this can be achieved before I leave office in
December, 2001.
Key Priorities: these are the big picture items.
Proposed 1999 Goals: this is the result of a collaboration with Allison Okyle to try to develop specific goals for the coming year.
Immediate Priorities. This includes two items that I think that we should address immediately.
Detailed Priorities. This is my master list, which includes both major and minor items.
We need to face up to the problems of our
District, no matter how large they may seem.
